Why do we wake up in the middle of the night even after going to bed on time?
Question: I am in the eighth grade. I go to bed by 10 PM and fall asleep quickly. But somehow, my sleep breaks between 2 AM and 3 AM. Once I wake up, no matter how hard I try, I can’t fall back asleep. Due to tuition and coaching classes, I can’t take naps during the day. Because of this, I feel drowsy all day and become irritable. How can I get rid of this problem?
