Six Muslim countries have secretly aided Israel

While publicly condemning the genocide as brutal and barbaric, six Muslim countries in the Middle East have secretly supported Israel in various ways. During the Hamas-Israel war, these countries betrayed the people of Gaza by providing military assistance and standing by Tel Aviv.

According to recently leaked U.S. documents reported by leading American newspaper The Washington Post, Saudi Arabia tops the list of Arab states secretly aiding Israel, followed by Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

In a report published on Saturday, the paper revealed that these countries joined a secret military alliance under U.S. leadership, operating under the guise of a regional security framework with Israel.

The report states that behind the scenes, these Arab nations have conducted joint drills, secret meetings, and intelligence sharing with Israeli and U.S. forces. By 2024, all six countries had integrated into the U.S. radar and sensor network, which was officially aimed at countering Iran's missiles and drones, but in practice, effectively aligned their militaries with Tel Aviv.

In September, a number of Hamas leaders were killed in an Israeli airstrike in Doha, putting this secret Arab-Israeli cooperation under significant strain. Following the incident, then-U.S. President Donald Trump reportedly forced Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to apologize to Qatar in a phone call.

Since Israel's attack began on October 7, 2023, Arab leaders have made public statements in support of Gaza’s civilians. However, their actual role in halting the war has been described as that of silent spectators. The leaked documents, obtained by The Washington Post and the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ), reveal several explosive details.

According to the documents, this secret alliance was formed in 2022 under the leadership of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), with the stated goal of countering Iranian threats. In reality, much of the alliance’s activities have focused on war training and intelligence sharing against Hamas and Gaza.

Countries involved in this U.S.-led secret network took part in training for tunnel warfare, air defense, and cyber security tactics Israel has since employed during its bombing campaign in Gaza.

Analysts argue that Arab leaders are publicly saying one thing but doing the opposite in secret for strategic reasons. For them, the regional threat from Iran has become more important than the Palestinian issue, leading to what many describe as a betrayal of the people of Gaza due to this Arab duplicity.
