Massive Hiring Drive in the Directorate of Primary Education

The Directorate of Primary Education, under the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, has issued a recruitment circular for revenue-sector posts under its offices. A total of 470 vacancies across two categories will be filled, according to the circular published on September 3. Applications will open on September 20 and remain open until October 12, 2025. The recruitment is for positions in the 16th grade. Citizens from all districts except the three hill districts Rangamati, Khagrachhari, and Bandarban are eligible to apply for these temporary posts.
Position Details
1. Office Assistant cum Computer Typist

Educational qualifications & experience:

Passed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent examination with at least a second division or equivalent GPA from any recognized board.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Must pass the prescribed examination as per Schedule-2 and 4 of the “Common Posts Recruitment Rules, 2019” for ministries or departments and their subordinate offices.

Pay scale: BDT 9,300–22,490 (Grade 16)

2. Accounts Assistant

Educational qualifications & experience:

Passed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent in Business Studies from any recognized board.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Pay scale: BDT 9,300–22,490 (Grade 16)

Interested candidates (except residents of the three hill districts Rangamati, Khagrachhari, and Bandarban) must complete the online application form at: https://dper.teletalk.com.bd.

A candidate who meets the eligibility criteria may apply for more than one position. Separate application fees must be paid for each post. However, if examinations for multiple posts are scheduled at the same time, the candidate will only be allowed to sit for one.

The fee is BDT 112 (including VAT).

For persons with disabilities, members of small ethnic groups, and third-gender candidates, the fee is BDT 56.

The fee must be paid within 72 hours of submitting the application.
