The Body of Inquilab Mancha's Spokesperson, Osman Hadi, Who Passed Away in Singapore, Arrives at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport
The body of Osman Hadi, the spokesperson for Inquilab Mancha, who passed away while undergoing treatment in Singapore, has arrived in Dhaka. The flight carrying his body, Bangladesh Airlines Flight BG-585, landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 5:48 PM on Friday, December 19.
Earlier that day, the flight had departed from Singapore’s Changi International Airport at 2:03 PM local time.
After arriving in Dhaka, the body of Osman Hadi will be taken to the central mosque at Dhaka University for further rituals. Inquilab Mancha's official Facebook page has announced that the organization and supporters will line the streets leading from the airport to Shahbagh to welcome their martyr. The post also mentioned that the mourners would form orderly lines along the route to honor their brave leader who stood steadfast in defending the nation’s sovereignty and freedom.
On December 12, Hadi was shot while on a public outreach mission in Dhaka’s Bijoynagar area. The bullet struck his head, and after immediate surgery, he was moved to Evercare Hospital and later airlifted to Singapore for advanced treatment. Unfortunately, he passed away in Singapore on December 18.
