At a recent exchange of views event in the capital, Zaima Rahman, the daughter of BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman, encouraged individuals with special needs to come forward and lead the nation. Zaima expressed admiration for the resilience shown by people with special needs despite numerous challenges and limitations.
