Bangladesh-India match tickets sold out in just 6 minutes!

The Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) announced through a post on its official Facebook page that “Tickets Sold Out.”
 

The excitement surrounding the Bangladesh vs. India Asian Cup qualifier was clearly reflected during Monday’s (November 10) online ticket sales. Sales began at 2 PM on the online platform Quicket, but within just six minutes, all general gallery tickets were gone. Moments later, the website displayed the words “Sold Out,” sparking widespread discussion on social media.
 

For the previous matches against Singapore and Hong Kong, general gallery tickets were priced at 400 taka, but for the India match, prices were increased to 500 taka. Despite the hike, demand remained sky-high  fans rushed enthusiastically to secure their seats.
 

According to BFF, tickets were sold in six categories this time: Gallery, Club House 1 & 2, VIP Box 2 & 3, Red Box, and Hospitality Box.

• Gallery: 500 BDT

• Club House 2 & VIP Box 3: 3,000 BDT

• VIP Box 2: 4,000 BDT

• Club House 1: 5,000 BDT

• Red Box: 6,000 BDT
   

Prices for Corporate Box and Sky Box were not disclosed; those interested were instructed to contact info@bff.com.bd.

BFF began selling tickets online last June, starting with the Singapore match via the Tikify platform, where fans faced technical difficulties. Later, in the October window for the Hong Kong match, BFF switched to Quicket, through which all tickets sold out in 20 minutes.
 

Although Bangladesh’s hopes of qualifying for the Asian Cup ended with a draw against Hong Kong, fan enthusiasm for the upcoming match against India remains as strong as ever.
