BD Cricketers Set Conditions for Return to Play
COAB Puts Forward Two Conditions for Resumption of Cricket
The Cricketers' Welfare Association of Bangladesh (COAB) has set two conditions for players to return to the field, after a dispute with Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Director Nazmul Islam. The first condition is that Nazmul Islam must publicly apologize, while the second involves continuing the ongoing process regarding his position within the BCB.
COAB expressed hope that, with these terms met, the players would be ready to resume playing cricket by Friday. The issue arose after controversial comments by Nazmul Islam, which led to widespread criticism. The association has made it clear that resolving these matters is crucial for restoring normalcy in the cricketing environment.
